One-off letting service
This service involves renting valuation of your property including our professional advice on this. Then we will start looking for the right tenants and add your property to our advertising scheme, arrange accompanied viewings of the property, vet new tenants and prepare the new tenancy agreement as well as collecting the Tenancy Deposit and first rent payments for you. As a part of this service we will need to arrange property inspection and complete an inventory list (fee applies).
Letting Service and Rent Collection
This service contains all aspects stated in the One-off letting service as well as monthly rent collection and monthly or quarterly statement of account preparation and submission to the Landlord. Also we will arrange an inventory check upon tenancy termination and complete a check-out report for the Landlord as well as negotiate with current tenants rent increases and tenancy extensions or renewals.
Full Letting and Property Management
This service contains all aspects stated in the above two services including also payment of outgoings on behalf of the landlord, deal with tenant enquiries, carry out quarterly routine visits to the property submitting a written report to the Landlord reflecting the property condition, managing and arranging routine repairs of the property, arrange end of tenancy repairs and cleaning.
