Assured Rent?
Despite excellent references unforeseen circumstances can cause the best of tenants to renege on their commitments such as sudden illness, unexpected redundancy etc. This is why tenants are obligated to sign the Tenancy Agreement. This binding legal contract protects landlords in such circumstances.
We only use legal action when all else had failed i.e. reminder letters and personal visits to the property. When dealing with problem tenants we never use aggressive words or actions, instead we try to understand the difficult situation and offer sensible remedies.

It is important to be aware rental activity may affect various policies whether its individual cover or cover linked within a lenders block policy. Always check the insurance parameters as cover may be void despite a lenders consent for letting.
